About Our Leader

Kenneth D. Davis is the Lead Pastor/Founder of Empowered Outreach Church, located in Denton, Texas.

Kenneth Davis accepted his called to ministry some 35 years ago and continues ministry with an anointing, excitement, dedication and passion.  His education pursuits are from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Jackson Theological Seminary, North Little Rock, Arkansas and holds an Honorary Doctorate degree from Southern Christian University, Lake Charles, Louisiana.

He served as the Senior Pastor of the St. Andrew Church Of God In Christ for over 16 years in Denton, Texas.  He has served as a District Superintendent of the Denton District, Texas Northeast Jurisdiction in the Church Of God In Christ for a tenure of 10 years.

He also served as the Senior Associate Pastor and later as Resident Pastor of the Wisdom Center Church in Haltom City, Texas assisting the International Evangelist – Dr. Mike Murdock.  He is actively part of the church and is involved in the various ministries of the Wisdom Center Church.

Kenneth resides in Denton, Texas where he is actively involved in community affairs and entrepreneurial opportunities.  He is the owner of a private Christian Academy known as New Generation Child Care Center, Denton, Texas. His personal ministry provides teaching, preaching, life coaching, training in spiritual truths and entrepreneurial mentorship. 

He is the author of the book “Mastering Unwanted Change”. He has two upcoming books entitled “3 Phases of Transition” and “The Calling In Your Life – An Invitation”.

Presently, he has developed training opportunities for Mentoring Leaders for Complex Challenges Today.  His ministry is designed to develop a culture that will enable the believer/leader to master the biblical principles, skills and ability for real life and communal impact through Kingdom assignments.

 

Lastly, he has done effective crusades and mission work in Kenya, East Africa, Trivandrum, Kerala, India, Haiti, and Seoul Korea and personally adopted an orphanage in Nakuru, Africa with the vision of caring for children whose parents are deceased and many living in dumps.
